IDOR’s molecular pathology laboratory exploits the expertise and structure created in the network’s hospitals to carry out translational research and includes a tumor biobank, where biological samples and patient data are stored, which is extremely important for future research projects, not just in oncology.

Located in São Paulo, the laboratory has state-of-the-art equipment and software, as well as a highly qualified technical team for conducting analyses. The laboratory also systematically collects samples of interest for IDOR’s research in hospitals, with patient authorization.
