Our main research focus is to investigate the effects of structure and organization on the ICU performance, efficiency in resource use and patients’ outcomes. We are also motivated in understating how to refine ICU benchmarking to improve the quality of critical care. This work is only possible through a comprehensive collaborative network of hospitals in Brazil within the scope of the OCHESTRA Study and international partnerships.
